"Out of all days that I have called the Claims department and had smooth calls today was the day I finally took my car to the shop after getting rear ended and my next step were to go to the rental place I was supposed to easily and quickly call the Claims department letting them know the specific renter location I picked in order to pick up my rental car something so simple that should’ve taken less than 10 minutes took three hours which led into State Farm closing as well as the rental place also closing for some reason my calls that were in queue that Claims was supposed to call me back on never did Around 10 minutes before everywhere closed I tried to call the State Farm office one more time letting them know that no one has picked up or called me back on my queue calls thankfully Marie picked up and was beyond useful she heard my problem and was so determined to solve it that she stayed on the phone with me while I got transferred to the claims department and didn’t leave until it was confirmed that the rental place got my reservation from State Farm this means a lot because I literally have to drop my friend off at the airport at 4 AM tomorrow if it wasn’t for her I would’ve been without a car and wouldn’t have gone to work as well as dropped my friend off at the airport tomorrow we need more people like Marie in the world."

State Farm also helped re-finance my new car loan with their bank to give me the best rate I could find. I also recently bundled new home insurance with them and have been treated with nothing but respect and guidance along the way. Wonderful branch to do your insurance business with!! Just recently had an update call with Marie to review my policies and she was very helpful explaining my rates and is working to keep my premiums as low as possible.
